Jeff Martin
- MEET JEFF
37 Years on Rooftops.
Now He Finds What Others Miss.
Jeff Martin grew up in the commercial roofing business in Savannah, Georgia. His grandfather roofed through the Great Depression. His father roofed all his life. Jeff started working alongside them as a teenager during summers and weekends. He went full-time in March 1987 and never looked back.
From minor roof repairs to total replacements, sheet metal fabrication, steel erection, and waterproofing, Jeff learned every part of the trade by doing it. He went on to own a commercial roofing contracting firm for many years before making the move to consulting.

- WHY JEFF
He Has Been on the Other Side of the Table
Most building envelope consultants studied construction. Jeff lived it. He knows what proper installation looks like because he has done it thousands of times. He knows when a contractor is telling the truth, when they are stretching it, and when they are flat out lying. That is not something you learn from a textbook. That is something you learn from decades on rooftops, managing crews, and running a business where your name was on every job.
